Nothing like being able to control the lights in your house from an app or using HomeKit and Siri to help you along the way. These lights consume very little energy and allows you to have a color and enjoyable experience in your home, office and home office.

The lightbulb is great. Maybe a little overpriced though.

I have 7 Lifx products and have been extremely satisfied with the product overall from the set up to the app to the smart home integrations , have been easy to use. I started having an issue with one of my A19 bulbs in which it would no longer be responsive to commands from the app, I first did a reset on the bulb multiple times and completing the setup the bulb would not take a firmware update even with the latest version of the LIFX app installed on my mobile device. I contacted customer support via email and was assisted by a agent whom suggested I go through the same steps I had done previously (standard protocol) I once again attempted to complete the action to no avail. I relayed that to the agent whom through email became very condescending and unwilling to process a warranty claim. It was after I told the agent that I would just return the bulb to Bestbuy as I have an extended return window he wanted to be more accommodating. If you plan on purchasing these bulbs buy the protection plan through Bestbuy as LIFX has some of the worst customer service and tech support in the smarthome space.

I am using it with my Amazon Echo Dot. It works great. I like that it doesn't need a hub.

I purchased one bulb first and whole family liked it. After that we purchased few more. My son is really enjoying and being lazy. It’s not that expensive and hard to setup. Sometime when we don’t see connected, it’s kind of annoying. I think team must be working to fix this glitch. Good job guys!
