Easy to connect to network, great phone app and easy to integrate to Alexa. Only issue with Alexa integrations is grouping needs to be set up in app and for Alexa. All other naming conventions carry over from app. Really like being able to walk to bedroom in light and turn of all lights once in bed through Alexa.

I have this item set up behind our Samsung 67" DLP so that when we watch movies or tv shows at night we can use the functions of gazillions of different colors in the background. I will admit it seems to help on the eyes when watching TV. We also use it during parties to set the mood. Love it!

Works well when it syncs to Alexa, works flawlessly with the apple home app but wouldn’t recommend using Alexa

Great colors, that was the main reason I bought 6 of these bulbs. Colors are so much better than the Hue and other comparable bulbs. I took one star off because setup can be a pain sometimes and the bulbs every once in a while drop off the network. I have 4 other friends with these bulbs and they have the same issues. Not a deal breaker, just requires a switch off then on, but still...

I put this light bulb in a vintage globe floor lamp and is totally awesome. It works with the Google home as well as Samsung SmartThings. So easy to activate with voice for the app on your phone. Very good quality, the bulb is definitely heavier than most bulbs so I guess consider that if it's relevant??

I wanted to get a smart bulb that I was going to be happy with for years and years. I did not want to have regrets about the quality. Happy to say the quality is awesome. The app on the other hand is not great. Just connect it with Google Home or Alexa (after initial setup) to minimize having to use the app.

This bulb does not require a starter pack like the other brands. Put this bulb in my daughters lamp and she can control it with her phone. Has multiple color options. The color it projects creates a nice atmosphere in her room.

Love the bulb and features of the app but they need to improve the connectivity issues sometimes the bulb can run into connection issues but I've only experienced this on a few bulbs out of the 20 I have but it's random, not the same bulb all the time, I think if you only have a few you will be ok.

I love these bulbs. The color is beautiful, much richer than Hue. But I bought them because the company promised HomeKit compatibility would be rolling out within the month. It's been 4 months since I bought and they still haven't updated them. Really wished I would have bought Hues instead.

I am an early adopter for LIFX and still love these bulbs and continue to purchase. They hook up easily to your home’s WiFi and can be controlled through an app or you can set schedules for them. You do not need any additional hardware other than on bulb and WiFi in your home.

Bought these bulbs to replace my Phillips hue bulbs. I did not like that the Phillips would lose their color setting when you used the switch but these do not. Even if you use the switch the light settings remain the same, plus you don't need a bridge connect to your router so that's a plus.

I bought this light to check out the state of smart lights. I'm pleasantly surprised by how well it performs. It took a few tries to get it connected to my network but I haven't had any problems since then. It's be nice to have finer control over themes or some of the special actions but that's the cost of having an easy to use interface. 5/7 would buy again.

This was my first smart light and i am happy with the quality of lighting after using it for couple of months now. It takes about 3-5 seconds to switch on after i instruct my Homepod and I have seen the occasional issue where Homepod is unable to connect to the light.

The colors on this bulb are much brighter than the Philips. We currently have 3 bulbs in different rooms and Alexa can control all at once or you can ask her to control them individually. The only con I have is that the LIFX App is not very user friendly.

Setup was easy on one, difficult for the second one. No idea why the same product would be that way. Sometimes the buttons have input lag or don't work, requiring me to push the button again. Overall, not bad, but I would strictly buy these on sale or for a discount only. Price doesn't justify their performance.

Have purchased 6 of these bulbs total and have only had an issue with 1. Contacted the manufacturer and they addressed and corrected the issue promptly. Decent bulbs for home automation. Will try other brands for different rooms to compare but overall happy with them.

After the initial difficulty of setting up, especially with hidden Wifi network, these bulbs offer a great selection of settings. When paired with multiple bulbs in an area, the theme settings are a fun way to set the mood of the room. They do run a bit warm, but understandable since these do not require a hub and everything is integrated.

Let me start by saying I love these lights. We have two and love changing the colors and having them turn on before it gets dark and shut off in the morning. The issue is that sometimes only one light will turn on in the evening. This has happened twice over a month in a half.
