it was a pain troubleshooting. its keeps loading to connect and won't find the phone

But it stopped responding to my app and I can't change the colors anymore?

I didn't look at the reviews I just Leeper right in to it what a big mistake I purchased 16 of these and they don't stay connected I did everything the asked still no luck beware maybe I purchased 16 defects who knows and I can't get my money back lesson learned

I’ve done this light for many years now as you can see the purchase of this light was back in 2018. It is now 2025. The light still works to this very day still can be customized 100% light works beautiful nice bright colors multicolor light as well. Can work with the app which gives you the ability to have it set up as a timer light works with all of your automated services like Siri like Alexa and Google. All of those apps seem to work with voice recognition Very awesome light no issues whatsoever gets updated by firmware quite often and is always current with whatever holiday is available, the company releases special colors and platforms to use for that light for that particular occasion I have a total of three in my house and highly recommend.

You must use both google home app and the products app

I love the idea but I don't actually use it that much.

I have ten of these and they are systematically failing. LIFX support can’t even return my support request after three months. On 1 bulb they answered me saying they could give me a 30% discount code to use on my next purchase. Not good enough as I now have 3 of my 10 bulbs failed blinking red green blue and staying on light purple. No way to fix and no support. Look at a better company. I really liked these bulbs at first but I can’t recommend as they will not last long enough to make the investment worth it.

I finally got it to connect after a few hours. Once connected, it's awesome. But if it gets disconnected, it's not worth the trouble of dealing with it again. I thought I got lucky the first time.

I was able to connect the first day but took about an hour to get it the led lights on it our every night. But within 3 day somehow it factory reset and I was unable to connect again tried for 2 hours. But no luck.

Looses connection frequently. Not worth the cost. Other bulbs in this line are better.

I had trouble pairing the device and found out that many people had the same problem. I returned it and went with TP-LINK was very simple and easy to setup.

Bought one of these light bulbs and it worked great for over a year till it started flickering and changing colors for no reason so since I’m still in my 2 year warranty I wanted to try and get a replacement but been trying for the past 6 months with multiple emails zero responses back I would highly suggest the best buy warranty since they will at least honor the 2 year warranty or another brand

I have had this light bulb for two months now. Sometimes the schedule turns it on and other times it doesn't. It has been hit and miss from the start.

The bulbs were great the app was horrible. Returned as well due to poor synchronicity.

Like the mini bulbs these look nice but the app is just stupid and slow

These were supposed to work without a hub and that's true, but don't expect to use in a college dorm.

Garbage products that fail weeks after purchase and LIFX does NOT honor their warranty. I've had 2 RMA requests in SINCE MARCH. Out $100 in A19 color bulbs that died right after I purchased them. Go with Philips hue.

The bulb works but I cant figure out the setup, old wiring I guess

It constantly gets disconnected from the network even though I have a great WiFi connection. I'm constantly have to enter reset it because in the app it says that it is offline. I use it with my Alexa which also tells me that it's offline. I really hate how this thing is working and I'm so tempted just to take it back but I probably waited too long.

.. maybe the product is good but I never got a chance to find out. Made an error making the password and tried to reach out to support and I used Fb called and emailed and it’s been 3 months and still no response. This company sucks!
