    I have been wanting color changing bulbs for a while, and these seem awesome. However my living room has two switches. THESE LIGHTS DON’T WORK WITH MULTIPLE SWITCHES! I returned them because I wanted plug and play. I’ll probably just adjust my wiring and grab some next year.

    This makes super pretty colors and would be a great product, but I get connection issues and problems actually getting the software updated all the time and it's so frustrating to try to fix it. I'm not impressed.

    I really wanted to try these out to use with Apple HomeKit as a Philips Hue alternative. I’m not sure what the issue was, but I could not get these to recognize using the app. Ended up returning them and just getting the Hues

    This was my first smart device. The wireless link setup was easy. And it's convenient to use either my iPhone or my iPad. However, I experience frequent delays because the Home App shows the light bulb in "Updating" status. I'll need to check why this occurs.

    This item has failed to work as advertised so far. I read the instructions. I downloaded the app. When I attempted to link the bulb to my app the app kept spoiling and failing. I consulted you tube. The process still yielded the same failing results. This item is supposed to take only a few minutes to set up after 35 minutes I gave up. I disconnected the bulb. I'm considering returning it. I will probably install the app 1 more time and attempt to get it to work. If I can't I'll try to get a refund. The 1 thing I can say this is not a easily installed item. Which for a light bulb really? There's a joke in there some where. However it's not funny to me it was just frustrating.

    I put three lights in a five light socket lamp only one worked and I am not thrilled about the color I was expecting a brilliant green or red for Christmas and it’s more of a purple not very satisfied at the least

    Decent colors. Wasn’t a fan of the “white” brightness so I ended up returning the item. Works great with Alexa and isn’t a bad bulb but I ended up going with the Phillips hue instead

    We had a real hard time getting these lights to sync with our WiFi and decided that we would stick with our Bluetooth lights

    Horrible product. Poor connection to my phone. I have done whatever it says. Download the app and try, does not connect. Connect through wifi, unknown error. Use a Home app (IOS), an error occurs as well. I have tried for two days. Just cannot even connect four of them. Sometimes the first and fourth bulbs work, sometimes the fourth cannot. It is really really frustrating for me. Poor Poor experience.

    Disappointed. The lights are amazing but one shorted out on me. I know it’s not Best Buy’s problem but this light shouldn’t need replacement after two months

    My buddy has several of these and said he loved them, so I wanted to give them a try. I liked the idea you didn't need a hub (unlike Phillips Hue) so I bought 2 4pks that were on sale for $117. I couldn't return these things fast enough. Each bulb has to be added to your home network individually. Not a huge deal if they didn't suck so bad. After getting them on the network, the app says "Please wait while we finish the setup" Only problem is the setup never finishes. This was the same for all 8 bulbs. Eventually if you just close the app and open it again, you can get the setup to finalize. I heard the app sucks on andriod and works better on apple devices but that was ridiculous. I wish that was the worst of it, but not even close. After 2 days of doinking around getting them all setup, they would randomly fall of the network. App could only see 2 of 3 in a room, or not connect to any of them. Flip the light switch on and off a couple times, close and re-open the app, rub your belly and pat your head of few times and they would come back. Maybe. Then, the best part was when there was a firmware update. I was actually hopefully that it would fix some of the bugginess, except 8 for 8 bulbs all crashed trying to download and install the update. After about 2 weeks of trying everything I could to get them to work, I boxed them up and took them all back. Bought a Phillips Hue starter kit (hub and 4 bulbs - on sale and came with a free google home mini) plus 3 more bulbs that were on sale for 3 for $100, and I couldn't be happier. Set up the hub once (plugs directly into your router, can control up to 50 bulbs) and everything just works. Super simple setup, and I'll never get another LIFX again.

    Replaced Hue with LIFX. LIFX is harder to configure and brightness control is not as good as Hue. So getting a new Hue bridge over the weekend and moving LIFX to guest bedroom.

    I liked the overall idea of this lightbulb, but struggled to ever get the color right. I returned it. Didn’t find it to be worth how much I paid.

    The light bulb was awesome and bright enough to light up a room but the app kept disconnecting and made it hadd fo control. And alexa had problems connecting to it as well

    Purchased to use with Alexa. After a few days of trying to get the bulb to work with Alexa, purchased another brand. The light works fine otherwise.

    These lights are amazing after they set up especially for the price. My main gripe is that the software to do so is painful to figure out for the initial setup.
