I bought two of these lightbulbs and one connects to HomeKit but the other won’t

Rarely worked correctly with our Google Home system. Constantly disconnected itself and refused to obey commands. Finally stopped working completely, of course, right after the return period expired.

so far every thing has worked fine with installation.

The app is slow and unusable half the time but the bulbs look nice I have decided I am going to return them and go with Philips they should fix their app if they don't want people to have negative experiences with them

The bulbs sometimes have a mind of their own......

I have been a hue customer for along time and I wanted to try something different. I purchased this bulbs for my spare bedroom. I purchased 4 of them. I cannot get a single one connected with their horrible app and this company doesn’t have support. Their support is a horrible forum that does absolutely nothing the app doesn’t do. End of the day. A company that you have to call or get support on for a bulb isn’t a company I am doing business with. Terrible company produced terrible product. Stay away and avoid the frustration I did. I’m bringing mine back to the store for a refund.

Easy to use app, but bulb would not sync. Connected to Wi-Fi easily, but after an hour, app could not find it. Ended up returning this item

Not the best Smart Light. Disconnects from the network frequently without reason. Caveat emptor. Newer versions may be better.

Google integration needs work as does integration with the LIFX app. Sometimes need to remove and re add device to get it to work. Resetting isn’t as easy as you’d think

Works 5% of the time, which just turns it into an overpriced light. Probably not recommended.

Horrible quality horrible lights constantly disconnects from HomeKit. 1/10 recommend.

Lights turn on and off randomly and at the worst times, 2am-6am and do not respond correctly with Alexa or Alexa Dot

At first I thought this was great, but they loose their settings and you have to reprogram frequently.

I could only get these to work in one lamp. I contacted Lifx and they said they were sorry for the inconvenience and that was it. I have set up Phillips Hues before and they worked fine. I now have a set of four very expensive bulbs that don't work as advertised. Very disappointed!

The bulb and companion mobile app were great to use at first, but then the mobile app was updated and I could not change the bulb settings at all. The app no longer connects to the bulb. Also, the app requires you to make cloud account? There is no need, other than the fact that it harvests your personal data.

I'm happy I got the Geek squad Protection on this. After 2-3 months both of the lights I got decided to not want to connect to the app and wifi. Figuring this was an internet issue I waited until we upgraded our router and internet, still same problem. It actually got worse. Brought them back and got Hue instead.

Great bulbs, while they work. Bought three of these bulbs. One doesn’t work and one will not shut off completely. No action from LIFX for months, even though they admit they are covered under warranty. Very disappointed, cannot recommend LIFX products.

Maybe I received a defective model but the light didn't work as advertised. I didn't pair to my HomeKit and the app. It did turn on, but at that point its was a overpriced regular light bulb. I upgraded to another lifx light.

Bulbs are bright and vibrant colors, however 2 bulbs are dead after 2 months! Because of COVID I can’t get any assistance from LIFX and luckily just outside of the return period. Terrible quality for this kind of money!

The bulb works as its own but the app to control it does not work! You can only control it through Google home or Alexa which I don't have. Better off buying Philip hues
