I didn't like having to be on the same 2.4 wifi for them to work and they were a pain to set up. I like the hue a lot better for ease of installation and HomeKit

This bulb has been problematic since I bought it. It will not connect to Wi-Fi, despite several attempts. I have tried to contact LIFX a few times, and like the bulb functionality, have been quite unsuccessful. Their support is nonexistent, making their “warranty” basically useless. Save your money and get a bulb from the dollar store, you’ll get the same output. I would say do better LIFX, but I doubt you are up the the challenge.

Don’t do it, get Hue instead.

broken after update

Been working with tech support for two weeks with no fix yet. Buy something else until they get this fixed

Also, if you have on of these, i pray you never have to change routers or isp's because it is impossible to get it to reset and connect to the new network.
