    This smartbulb doesn't work. I have been trying multiple ways to make it available through my WiFi and connect through Alexa. I have been working for three weeks to get advice from LIFX, They won't do anything to help or maybe they just don't know how...or just don't care. My Alexa and smart plugs work fine. Spectrum says there is not reason my WiFi should not connect with a smartbulb in the same way as Alexa and smart plugs. I've already deleted the LIFX app. When the roads are good and I have time to spend more time on this, I will be returning this bulb to Best Buy hoping someone there can either solve the problem or at least find me a smartbulb that will work.
