Mismatched colors - schedules don't work

Difficult to get working.

Good light/ Poor Connectivity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought my first LIFX light and loved it immediately as I got the one that changed colors so I brought more for other rooms. The lights are easy to connect but the issue is after a couple of months they constantly disconnect in both the LIFX and Home apps. Additionally I discarded the packaging for the first light (not thinking about the QR code being on the packaging) so I have to use the Code on the bulb to connect to Home. Well the code does not work. I contacted LIFX support in March and was told they would send a replacement and it’s Now August and I still have not received an replacement. I understand delays but I reached back out in June and have not gotten a response. Yes the light works but I prefer the automation features I can set up in Home and without a code or QR code I can’t set the light up in Home. As far as the connectivity issues, firmware is up to date, no outages etc they just disconnect every other day.

Save your Money-buy something ELSE!!
