This device gives me the speed and dependability I need when it comes to providing me with the internet feed to the three office computers that I have here on my site.

Purchased this product when my older 8 port drive died. Very easy to set up, all you need to do is plug in the ethernet cables and then plug in the power cord. A light by each switch lets one know the line is active. Though slightly more expensive ($4) than a lesser-known brand, I have a very good history with Linksys products.

Good functional 8 port Gigabit Ethernet Switch. It has enabled me to connect multiple devices in my home to the internet via LAN cable. The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that the power cable attaches to the switch on the opposite side of the switch from the ethernet cables. That means there is no side to cleanly face toward my room.

Very easy to set up. Put the input ethernet into any of the Ports (Preferably 1 for convenience) and use the remaining 7 for output ethernet connects.

I have a Netgear in one spot in my home and needed another switch. The Linksys was on sale and I was hoping that it would work as well as the Netgear. Definitely lived up to my hopes.

Need a second Ethernet switch so I decided to try Linksys and it works great. I have not had a problem with finding my equipment when I connect to Linksys ethernet switch all ports work great.

Works great, no issue. All of my devices are happy. Hangs very well, that was a nice option. My kids we're not happy, seems they expected a different Switch...

Since our Internet runs at around 300Mbs, the router shouldn't be the weak link and hasnt been up to this point. Its plug-and-play, I didnt read any documentation and it worked well.

I needed to expand my home network and this unmanaged switch was a cheap yet high quality option. There's not much to it, as it's unmanaged. But plug things in, and they run at gigabit speeds!

This Linksys switch works very well, was easy to install and was not bulky, so it fit into my tech electrical panel with no issues.

Bought this switch because I needed additional ports. Works very well. Can't hardly go wrong with inksys products

I use this for ally pis and servers..does what its supposed to do..much easier than aanaged switch..even a non computer person could use it

I use it to connect my audio / video equipment in my a/v tower. This has reduced the number WiFi connections making more available for use elsewhere. This was easy to setup and to use.

A lot smaller then I expected...not a con though. Easy plug and play! I connected port one to my cable modem to extend the network to another room of the house.

I regularly get speeds approaching full Gigabit with this product. and it works invisibly (it just works: I don't have to think about it), even when I chain as many as three of them between computers. Some of the pictures do not match the current version of the product. All the lights and Ethernet ports are on the same side. (It doesn't have the ports on one side and lights on the other, as a couple pictures may show). My only gripe is that the "system" (power) light is ridiculously bright. I covered mine with a piece of red electrical tape (black tape is too opaque).

Purchased to provide extra ports for my husband's home data center. Easily provides the capacity needed. Linksys is always a reliable product. I do recommend.

I did my research, both online and with my local IT guy and he confirmed that all I needed was a switch with enough ports to hook everything to. I currently have a Linksys wireless router, but my new home was wired. So I shopped to get the lowest price in the quickest time. Ordered for store pick-up and it was there within three day. Hooked it up first night and everything worked as planned.
