I’m very pleased with this product it works great.

This network switch was what I was looking for to hardwire the multiple computers, TVs and security cameras I have. I bought it for the quality and reputation that Linksys has. This switch is only 8 ports and they do make higher ports and it is powered as most are.

Works just as it should. Currently not using the Poe functions but I did test with poe cameras and they worked flawlessly testing the cameras.

Good quality device at a good price. I purchased this on sale at Best Buy before Christmas. I purchased it to replace a switch that would drop connections periodically. It does the job, and includes network controls that put it a step above some other units at this price point. Nice device I would recommend to others.

Normally I would buy something a little cheaper but we needed it right away at work, it's a simple switch and works as such but at gigabit speed. Continues to work great.

I needed an HDMI switch, but I also wanted to use my soundbar with my projector. This was the perfect solution. More than enough HDMI inputs & an optical out for the soundbar, so I can plug EVERYTHING into this bad boy and have the outputs I need for a true home theatre system.

Very much needed for our double in-home office set-up especially during the remote work-from-home time during the pandemic. We use ethernet cables to direct-wire our computers to this device so we can take advantage of the top-level business class internet.

It's a great product as far as quality and structure. It replaces my plastic counterpart, and I am really glad for its material and how well it was put together.

The Linksys 8-Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch was needed as part of my hook-up for my "Whole House" Network system. It provided additional hook-ups for my Whole House Network. It works fine and allows for greater flexibility with all of my equipment.

I purchased this ethernet switch to ease the load on my wi-fi network. With the many devices that are running at once wi-fi becomes slow and unreliable. Ethernet connection is the solution. This 8 port switch hooked up my tv, hi-res streamer, cable box, xbox console, and two laptops. No more wi-fi issues!

Switch fixed the issue with centurylink modem and was able to activate hard wired internet in additional rooms of the house

Literally just added the main Ethernet line and plugged in all the rest. No need for any configuration. And all computers online. Hope I didn’t miss something

Switches do not require settings. So they are inherently easy to install. Some switches, however, do not have built-in attachment holes for wall-mounting. This unit had the attachment holes. I avoid buying any devices unless they have a means of mounting. Neither screws nor a hole-spacing template were provided. I would have rated the unit higher if a template were included. Making the template and locating appropriate screws made the installation take longer than I would have liked. This unit works fine, I have Gigabit transmission, and I recommend it.

It was super cheap and it did the job I needed. I would have preferred the Unifi brand...but when time is of the essence beggars can't be choosers.

I bought this a while back and only had to unplug it once to reset other then that its been great it handles the 500 x 500 speed

Works well and setup was a breeze. I would have gone with 5 stars but the power port in the side is not the best design.
