The SE3008 switch has two versions. The first one has the ports at the back while the second version has the ports at the front. If you prefer the one with the ports at the back, you may need to let the seller know that you want the first version.

I will be closing my account when the final payment from this recent purchase posts. We tried to return the item and because we were 1 day outside the allowed time, they wouldn't honor it they said we could come back the next day and talk to the manager. We don't live down the street so returning it is hard enough. We have to pay a membership to be able to have a longer return time. I don't need anything from this store ever.

If you want solid speeds its terrible. Went from 400+ mbps to 15mbps per device. Tested multiple devices and multiple ports as well as direct connection 100% on the switch.

I would have rather the signal indicators on the front and the connections on the back so it looks clean on a desktop or in the living room. I still believe a wired connection is better then wireless when it comes to all things that need bandwidth

The connectivity has been very sporadic. At times, the switch stops supplying my internet connection. The switch has to be completely powered down and left unplugged for some time before it starts working again. Luckily how I have everything wired, I can easily bypass the switch for my computer connection but sacrifice my connections to my other devices.

The ethernet ports are now on the front (power port on the back). BestBuy picture shows only lights on the front, with all connections on the back. I bought this specifically for that arrangement. The product received will not work in my application. Fix your picture, BestBuy!
