I could not receive signal on the second floor of my home. After installing this model every room upstairs receive a very good signal.

I've had no issues with this product. I'm able to go outside to the backyard or anywhere in the house and get a strong signal. I would recommend product.

If you are looking for a dual band ac router this is probably over kill but I have had nothing but good things from it great speed on wifi no drops or lag and gig switches work great.

Easy to setup and install in your home, it was detected by my devices but it would not let me connect to the internet, ultimately I ended up returning it.

I bought this to replace my old router which came with the charter modem. The old router was not keeping up with my needs any longer. Not to mention this one has great range.

Purchased this router since my uncle is an IT guy. Works great. Still holds strength thru 8 walls (2 being a tiled shower wall) and about 80' but it drops from 3 to 2 bars.

Great router overall, fastest connections, great range. My only complaint is that they try and force you to use their web based setup. It's a little strange that you have to use the internet to set up your connection to the internet, ha ha. I was using it for work to connect local devices off of the internet. Finding the built in menu without using the internet based solution was a little frustrating. Once I found it things went smoothly.

For a novice setting up a home wifi. this product was easy to use and it's installation steps were intuitive and helpful. It came loaded with a suggested network name, but easily allowed personalization. It also provided a guest network which I didn't have before, but like the idea to limit access to the home network. It's reach is better than my previous device, but still not quite what I expected from this expensive, high-end device.

Router was fairly easy to install and works great. Can connect anywhere in house. We replaced an old wireless G router so internet speed improved (now get slightly more than the 50 mps download speed internet provider states). WebSite for changing password could be easier though. Got router on sale, which made things even better.

I had put off getting a new router because of the learning curve to set up a new router. I set this up with no problems. I still need to figure out how to store information on an external USB type drive so I can store and access files while traveling. I set the router is to allow me to do that. I did check and I can log into my router from the Internet. And I get great reception thoughout my house with little loss of speed. With my old router I lost almost 50% compared to a direct connection. I love it.

Great rock solid router. I have tried 10 other routers and none of them were even close to good enough to do the job. This one does the job every time without any problems.

The router provides us with the coverage we need to spread out our internet throughout my entire house. Ive had it for about 3 months without a single hiccup. Nice product.

Purchased this router because I was not getting close to the speed I was paying for. Since setting it up, I am getting more than I am paying for! Excellent product!

Easy to set up and recognize my other wifi components. Increased my remote download speed by a factor of 3 to 4. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade router.

I bought this router in hopes of being able to stream Netflix in my den, which is some distance and a floor away from the router site. And it does work better than my previous router for that- a lot less buffering during shows. The dual band feature is a complete waste for me since the 5Gh band was too weak to work with any of my devices, even when they were near the router. It was difficult to set up, perhaps because every time I reset it it took forever to start working again, which I didn't realize until I had experienced a great deal of frustration. It never would work with my 4 year old desktop computer, so I ended up buying a long ethernet cable and hard-wiring that computer to the router. Once or twice a week a number of my devices get disconnected from it and I have to reenter the password to get them reconnected. And now one of the network experts I work with tells me that this router has a security issue with a port that was left open for support reasons, leaving it vulnerable to attack. I doubt that any of my neighbors have the expertise to do something like that, so I'm not doing any of the firmware changes (which would void the warranty) recommended by my coworker. Overall I'm happy with the router since all my computers, phones, and TV perform better, when I can keep them connected.

Reason for getting this router was due to lag issues with an older, different brand. We have added several devices and have no issues with connecting or losing signal. Blu-ray wifi player, Directv, Playstation, WIFI printer, 4 laptops, 5 ipods/phones, KIndle Fire. Also, easy to setup and already has guest network programmed and password.

Has greatly improved our WiFi and was easy to set up. Interface software provides a great way to manage your network properties and the devices connected to them.

Needed a new router and this one was referred to me - and it just happened to be on sale! Fairly easy instructions to install - even for me. Glad I purchased it!

Coming from the Linksys Business Class, this one is a dream! The business class would need to be restarted frequently, so far I haven't had to touch this one ONCE!

I Am A LinkSys Fan. I Purchased A LinkSys Router From Best Buy And It Did Not Work. Exchanged For A Second LinkSys Router And That Did Not Work Either. Worked Directly With LinkSys Tech Who Verified That My Modem Was Working And Their Router Was Not. I Returned The Second To Best Buy. I Ordered The Same Router Directly From LinkSys. It Arrived In 4 Days And Was Up And Running In Less Than 10 Minutes. Great Product. Not Sure Why Best Buy Had Defective Products. I Wasted A Over A Week Trying To Get Them Set Up.
