could use some improvement

I had hoped to use this because we have a long house and I wanted to place it in center of house with each antenna pointed each way. I still have issues using youtube - constant buffering. BUT it is still better than my old one. This model was recommended by technician for Linksys.

We appreciate the time you spent in sharing your experience with us. Does the connection drop off on both wired and wireless? We suggest that you manually adjust the router’s antennas. Twist the antenna connector clockwise onto the antenna port on the router. Make sure you hold them by the end of the connector as you are twisting them in. For optimal performance, the middle antenna needs to be pointed straight up and the side antennas should be angled outwards at +/- 30 degrees.
Adjusting the router’s wireless channel is also a good move to avoid possible interference in your network. Use the Wi-Fi analyzer app. It helps you to find a less crowded channel for your wireless router. I do have a problem with the 5Ghz sometimes going offline. When this happens, I reset the router.

Thank you for taking the time in sharing this review. Changing channels is one of the best ways to resolve intermittent signal and to optimize your wireless connection. The recommended channels for the 2.4 GHz network are 1, 6, and 11 since they are considered non-overlapping channels. For the 5 GHz network, channels 36, 40, 44, and 48.
