I finally had to not allow the computer to shut system off. The system would constantly shut itself off even when I was on the internet. I now have to purchase the extended warranty to have tech support so that they will help me. I complained that I felt I had received a lemon, but the just wanted to continue to try other connection solutions. This was supposed to be an excellent system with good reviews even from best buy.

Problem was it still sometimes cannot find the WIFI. For the price I would think that it could travel 5 feet without any hiccups.

We bought this, and ended up returning it because it was the same as our 3 year old router from the cable company. In the end, we upgraded with our cable company.
