It has Parental control features which is great when you have young kids and is easy to use. It is accessible through mobile device which is a huge plus. We have guest user sign on that allows 20+ guests to sign on.

There's a possibility that there are interferences in your environment, limiting the router's capability. However, we can optimize the wireless settings so that the router would perform well as expected. We suggest changing the wireless channels on both networks. The recommended channels for the 2.4 GHz network are 1, 6, 9 and 11 since they are considered non-overlapping channels. For the 5 GHz network, channels 36, 40, 44 and 48 are recommended to less likely encounter interference. Should you need further assistance, feel free to send us an email at [email protected]. In setting up a strong signal from the router, it is recommended to place it on a higher location. Changing channels to 6,3,9 or 1 will also help in improving the wireless range from the router. After installing, it did not work any better than my current, old router. Followed the instructions exactly, so I don't think it's in installation issue. Returned and bought an extender for much less money (and it works!).
