OK, but not great

Tried all the tricks I saw online. Kept power on to USB, changed settings in network adapter etc. Everytime I wake my computer up, I must wait 30 -45 seconds before I have a connection. Speeds otherwise good. Xfinity speed test 210 Mbps, as I write this.
