The only thing I'm trying to figure out is how to keep my guests from getting kicked off the guest network after a time. It was easy to set up.

This is my 1 year review and i have had excellent WiFi signal and Range. I was living in a 2 story apartment building and i would have excellent WiFi signal in my attached garage to stream DirecTv Now. highly recommend. .

The Netgear router could not connect with its own brother device. Got this Linksys AC1200 and so far it's handling 10 devices and I can see it 100ft away in the street when I in my car. Pretty impressive.

Has great range and speed when it works, but it has a habit of disconnecting frequently ( perhaps 5 or 6 times a day). I end up having to power down, wait a minute, and power up again. It also runs extremely hot, but I have it well ventilated. I'm switching back to my previous router. Perhaps I received a bad unit?

Works Great, but needs patience

It had trouble connected but after 3 tries it worked. Delivers the speed I need for working and homeschooling kids.

I have it on the main floor but the signal is fairly strong on second floor too. I did add another router for upstairs with an Ethernet connection back to the modem. The strength was fine for computers but iPhones for some reason struggled with the distance on the second floor.

Easy set up; great for an apartment

So far it's been great in an apartment, I'm not sure if the signal would have issues in a bigger space. The Smart WiFi online system is great for managing everything, it makes it easy to understand the different settings and adjust them accordingly.
