They helped me change settings. Connectivity improved, but I am still having issues maintaining wireless connectivity. Called again and still have problems with wireless connectivity.

Works Well, But Some Considerations

The USB port is listed as 3.0, but fastest I could get it to run with a drive was around 30 MBps write and 45 read.

If we are in the back of the house on our laptops, the signal is weak to non-extent. I will be returning this router to upgrade to one with a stronger signal. When in range, the router performs well.

Comes with disc but did not need it! Most of the product today are Great. Phone & Printer & Lap top as well as Desk top. All came together. Passs word and go!

We were having problems with the old rotor and did not realize how badly it was actually working until the new one was installed. This rotor had a cheaper price but offered equal performance as more expensive brands.

I did have to spend a considerable amount of time with Linksys support but they were very helpful and we finally got my wireless printers working correctly.
