It is a router and I can connect multiple devices to it, Several tablets and 2 computers. Could have more range. Linksys this replaced, while a lesser model, had better range. It works fine in the house and yard.

Comes with disc but did not need it! Most of the product today are Great. Phone & Printer & Lap top as well as Desk top. All came together. Passs word and go!

Flaky reception in one room of house but I really put the router in the worst possible spot it could be. Everywhere else the signal is strong.

If we are in the back of the house on our laptops, the signal is weak to non-extent. I will be returning this router to upgrade to one with a stronger signal. When in range, the router performs well.

I did have to spend a considerable amount of time with Linksys support but they were very helpful and we finally got my wireless printers working correctly.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable on the products. He did suggest Linksys AC1200+ and all the features. It was very easy to install and has been great. We have not experienced any problems.

The Linksys support was okay, I actually thought Best Buy on Broadway did a lot better job helping me, novice that I am setting up a web server. :-)

My only complaint is trying to set up any advanced settings was made more difficult as the admin password wasn't written anywhere easily found. A quick search online fixed that though.
