We appreciate your feedback for the Linksys EA6350. Being required to reconnect to the network when moving throughout the house is somewhat odd. However, we can try tweaking the channel of your network to improve your wireless experience. Set a fixed channel for your 2.4 GHz wireless network. You can have the channel on either 1, 6, or 11. Updating the firmware will also aid this challenge. However, the range sucks. I have an open floor plan and only 1200 square feet of home, and the signal is rather poor. I would recommend this for a smaller condo/home but not for anything bigger than 1200.

Great Router for the Money

I have had to reset it much less than previous Linksys routers that I have had in the past. The range has been great for me. Covers the whole house and out in our detached garage which was what I needed it to do.

Device control (parent control) is super easy to use and makes it a breeze to limit children’s internet time. App is also very easy to use and you can access your router from anywhere to make changes, etc.

Now getting the whole 50mbps of internet that we pay for. Sure there are better models, but this model is adaquate if your internet shred is not a gig package.

The computers pick it up strongly from floor below and on next floor also. The phone's wifi reception is weaker, so using some other contact points at other rooms in the house for the phones.

I'm not very savvy, and I'm still trying to get the settings I want. It does have an easy setup to it and easy security setup.
