I have not had a single problem with this one. Plus, being able to use both bandwidths at the same time helps keep the speeds up

But there a lot of devices on wifi so it lags, and you spend a lot of time buffering videos. The old router we had was able to handle the work load from all the devices.

Haven't upgraded my router in about 7 yrs. this makes my internet faster to my devices and I have the option to put it on a schedule for the kids when they dont need to be online. I like it.

It's odd that the setup process didn't run smoothly for you. As expected, setting up the EA6350 Router should be easy using the Smart Setup Wizard which is embedded in the firmware and is available even if the router does not have an Internet connection. I highly recommend it! We have a home computer, laptop, three tablets and stream two tv's and have had no issues!
