Thankfully a technician set the new router up for us. It was not a simple 3 questions. He had trouble getting the router to be acknowledged; however, once he was past that step the router is working great! It is already setup with the 5G so if in the future any of our hardware is upgraded we will not need a new router.

I have had several Linksys routers, last one failed nine months in and Linksys wasn't very user friendly about replacing it. This one seems average. Still can't get my HP wi-fi printer to connect. Disappointing.

Posted .Hi Spoony02. Thank you for the valuable feedback. Try to change the wireless channel for 2.4 Ghz to 1,6 or 11 since these are non overlapping channels. Then try to reconnect the printer.
