||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So far so good; this wifi seems to have a very good signal strength; we can watch on-demand movies with full "HD" signal strength all the way on the other side of our home from where it is located. the only thing I'm keeping an eye on is that it did stop working once requiring me to unplug and replug everything. it resumed working so hopefully this won't be a regular occurrence.

I'm kind of disappointed. I guess I had to high of expectations. I did read a lot of reviews before buying it so I thought it would be faster. We can't get signals in our basement very well and it buffers all the time. I may have to either call the manufacture or take it back. I think I'll hook up my old one and get the same results. :/

Great brand but.....

Our house has a metal roof, but the coverage still seems to be minimal. However, on a side note, your antenna direction MATTERS. If you're lacking in coverage in one area or have too much gain in another, be sure to adjust which ways your antennas face to change that. The administrator interface is simplistic and the customization is worth the money. I highly recommend this device.

Thanks for sharing your product review and we're glad that your router is performing great. We're just a bit curious on your feedback pertaining to your EA6350's coverage. Yes, it's true that your metal roof and positioning of the antennas would impact your Wi-Fi range, however, you may also try assigning fixed channels to what works best with your current network environment. For the 2.4 GHz band, try channels 1, 6, 9 and 11, and channels 36, 40, 44 and 48 for the 5 GHz. Should you need a hand, don't hesitate to contact us directly at [email protected], anytime.
