Adjusting the router’s wireless channel is a good move to avoid possible interference on your network. The preferred wireless channels to use for the 2.4 GHz network are 1, 6, and 11 since they’re considered non-overlapping channels.

I am not a "Geek" but even I got it going without any trouble. It has been reliable so far and I don't have anything bad to say about it.

The documentation on the included CD is interspersed with several languages. I had to download the English/French doc. There was little documentation on setting up the External Storage. I finally resolved access to the ext disk drive by calling Tech Support who told me that I had to set up a UserID and password in the Folder Access tab.
