The documentation on the included CD is interspersed with several languages. I had to download the English/French doc. There was little documentation on setting up the External Storage. I finally resolved access to the ext disk drive by calling Tech Support who told me that I had to set up a UserID and password in the Folder Access tab.

I have tried using the AC and N and the network will have full bars and completely disconnect and no longer be visible with any of my devices for about an hour or until I restart the router. I have tried with iPhone 6's and iPad Air 2's to XBOX One and Samsung tablets; the end result is the same. I would give it 1 star, but I have to at least give it 2 since the wireless G is operational.
