One of the antenna was broken and I don't live close to a Best Buy so I had to fix that by gluing it back together, it wasn't worth the time and effort to return it.I would have rated it a little higher if not for that.

I didn’t need all the features of the higher end routers, but wanted the ability to use the Smart WiFi app on this router to remotely manage the router from my cell phone. And this router was the entry level router my local Best Buy had in stock with that ability. If you need to connect several devices that are streaming media, I would recommend upgrading to a faster router.

Internet would constantly go down after a few hours requiring power-cycling of the modem and router to restore. Manually changed router's LAN IP but didn't help. Charter/Spectrum tech support said they have problems with Netgear routers with that modem. Suggested Linksys. I installed this Linksys and have had no problems since.
