The time you've spent in writing this review is greatly appreciated. Experiencing intermittent wireless connection could be caused by interference in your area. The placement of your wireless device is the key to having a good signal from your router. Place your router in an open and strategic area since this device uses radio waves to communicate. We also suggest you set a fixed channel for your wireless network. You may have it on channel 1, 6 or 11 for the 2.4 GHz network and channel 36, 40, 44 and 48 for the 5 GHz network. Tried contacting the manufacturer for help unable to figure it out so I ended up buying a new one. I felt it did good while I did have it. It was slow sometimes. But a decent buy.
