The time you've spent in writing this review is greatly appreciated. Experiencing intermittent wireless connection could be caused by interference in your area. The placement of your wireless device is the key to having a good signal from your router. Place your router in an open and strategic area since this device uses radio waves to communicate. We also suggest you set a fixed channel for your wireless network. You may have it on channel 1, 6 or 11 for the 2.4 GHz network and channel 36, 40, 44 and 48 for the 5 GHz network. Then I walked into the next room and found my cell had the turtle speed to go with my computers hare . If your looking for wifi speed in your house go elsewhere ,this will be going back.

Many more features over my broken router. This router also offers a guest wifi. The setup is supposed to be easy. Nope! I called customer service and they could not help. I kept at it and figured it out. My 2nd linksys and I has the same setup issues with the other router too.
