Tried contacting the manufacturer for help unable to figure it out so I ended up buying a new one. I felt it did good while I did have it. It was slow sometimes. But a decent buy.

Try adjusting the wireless channel of your router to 1,6 or 11 for 2.4 GHz and for 5 GHz change it to 36,40, 44 or 48. Set wireless security to WPA2 Personal only.
