Your feedback means a lot to us and we hope you'll allow us to help you. Does the connection goes off on both wired and wireless? If it’s just the wireless, we suggest you adjust the router’s wireless channel to avoid possible interference. The recommended channels for the 2.4 GHz network are 1, 6, and 11 since they are considered non-overlapping channels. For the 5 GHz network, channels 36, 40, 44 and 48 are recommended.

I could never get through on the online support line. I waited for over an hour. I could never get the speed test to work. Got a message that "must be connected to the same system" which I was. Lack of any documentation if you want to use 2 routers.
