I couldn't figure out how to set it up and was on the phone with Linksys tech support for one and one-half hours before we finally got it to work properly. Their rep was patient and courteous, but there is NO WAY it should take this kind of time to set up!! Once it was working, it was fine.

We needed to extend our signal across an apartment with some inconvenient twists and turns in the layout, and this does the job. A tip: set the antennas in a perpendicular fashion. Counter-intuitive to me, but seems to help the signal get those last few precious feet.

It worked occasionally on my tablet but not on laptop. Yes, it is only in the next room, therefore not a great distance away from the tablet or laptop. Intermittent functioning. It is suppose to work up to about 150' did not at all. Would not recommend this item. What a waste of money.

Your feedback on the Linksys EA6350 is greatly appreciated and we regret to hear about your experience. Allow us to assist you improve your network connection. We suggest that you adjust the router's wireless channel to avoid possible interfering signal which may have affected the network connection. Try channel 6, 9, 11, or 1 for the 2.4GHz. For 5GHz band, use 161 and 157. Relocating the router to a central location will also help.
