Thank you for sharing with us your feedback with the EA6350. We'd like to offer our assistance in getting the device to work with your internet service provider. Basically, this router does work with Comcast. You just have to connect this to the modem they provided before going through setup process. Poor Poor Router

Thus I went right to my favorite gadget store, and this Linksys was recommended by Best Buy Staff. Bought it, came home, VERY difficult time to link up to my laptops. Once installed, it keeps disconnecting from my laptop. VERY SLOW ! I have been struggling with it for a while now, and am totally dissatisfied with it. I've moved it, changed it's antennae, done everything I can think of, it still is worthless. I will be getting another one, soon, but I will never buy this product again.

Uverse wifi is limited to 2.4ghz frequency 802.11/b/g and was experiencing congestion which slowed down certain devices. Streaming to the tv improved greatly using "ac" band. Ability to prioritize devices and applications on wireless network. Very pleased with this router.
