    Purchased item for a customer and installed and configured it to the desired settings. Unit was connected to a new TWC installation with an Arris modem. Customer called the next day complaining the computers were dropping internet connections frequently. Upon arrival I observed internet connectivity dropping out approximately every four minutes for about 15 seconds and reconnecting. After complete reset and completely reconfiguring system the same results appeared. After calling tech support where I spoke to a very intelligent yet difficult to understand gentleman in India who wanted to send me a new unit, I decided to return it to Best Buy where I was cheerfully refunded the purchase price and I bought and ASUS!
