We appreciate your taking the time in posting this review, and we would like to take this opportunity to help in improving the performance of your Linksys router. To improve the range, we need to make sure that the router is broadcasting 2 separate networks for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies to avoid possible interference. Then we need to modify the wireless settings to increase the range of the wireless network. For the 2.4 GHz, we recommend to use channels 1, 6 and 11, and channels 36, 40, 44 and 48 for the 5 GHz network. Problems usually get resolved by a simple reboot, but Linksys still has not resolved stability.

Functions well at 2.4 and 5Ghz. Transmission distance is within 60 feet - line of site - not a difficult application for WiFi but unit has functioned flawlessly.
