At storm fried it, so i replaced with this one. The worst reouter i ever had. ULTRA SLOW, AND will not reach all areas of the house. (the same house that the older Linksys covered 100%) i returned the item.

Excellent Router

Easy setup and It has worked without failure in the few months I have owned it. No problems with multiple wireless and wired devices all running at the same time. Data throughout on the 5ghz band is excellent. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Sometimes the updates will have problems. When a firmware update is available, try waiting for at least a month and review others' experiences with the firmware installation first.

Added onto that is the ability to centrally manage each point through a web interface. DEFINITELY recommended. I will only be buying LinkSys Wi-Fi routers for our organization for the foreseeable future.

For some reason though my phone (Galaxy Note 3) runs a little faster with the cell signal then the wifi, could just be my phone though, it's been kinda buggy lately.

This one has been up rock solid for over a month now with no problems, streaming 4K movies over it from Upstairs to Downstairs, with no problems

This unit was easy to set up and has performed flawlessly to date delivering wireless access for 2 smart4K TVs, 2 computers and a tablet. So far it has proven to be a solid investment.

I wish I had a little bit more range, but I didn't want to pay for that either. This has done everything it said it could very well. No problems with it in the basement and using anywhere in the house or even in our unattached garage.
