Handles basic internet access and all the smart devices well. Unfortunately doesn't play nice with the Roku TV. Zero problems with previous router, but this one will "disappear" from the TV's network scan (while I'm still using it for phone and other devices just fine). This may be an artifact from their gimmicky "beam forming" feature messing up the Roku network antenna (?) Wait for a sale and you won't feel cheated.

We have 4 devices at home but not always used at the same time. Tends to run a little slow on a computer vs iPad.

Great Router

However, the "simple" setup I was told when I purchased the router was not so simple. Thankfully a technician who set up our cable was also willing to setup the router so just keep this in mind if you are like me and not that tech savvy.

Signal strength at my house isn’t too good because of the design but it does reach much less than my last one. But, I can’t complain it works while I work from home.

It is what we needed and works great. It may not have all the bells and whistles but it is exactly what we need. The unit works great for the wireless devices we use in our house.

The Linksys software is easy to configure and it does it's job well with a relatively small foot print and low power usage. My only complaint is Linksys hides the ipv6 configuration. This is my favorite Linksys router since the wrt54g
