I purchased this at the recommendation of the BestBuy sales associate. It was more than I originally wanted to spend, but I a really happy with the purchase. I have a teenage relative spend the summer break with me and this really helped with the heavy streaming and downloading

I hate the new way that routers are "wired" into your home. Everything is done of the cloud. No local control anymore. It would be nice to just get a router that broadcasts for your home without all the programming steps and privacy invading online controls.

I bought this based on the ac ability. It works good in my condo 1200sqft but in my house 2000sqft it has issues pushing the full strength signal everywhere. It's a quality Linksys product.

Hi, Vb496,
The wireless signal strength normally decreases as you move farther from the router. To optimize its coverage, changing the wireless channel of the two bands and repositioning the antennas could help. Please email us at [email protected] with your phone number and the link to this post so we can get you over to our Escalation Engineers.

This a a great affordable router, works as expected. Setup is much easier than how things were before and using the app to make changes definitely beats out using a browser. Not sure how much it’s lacking in advanced options though.

Purchased this router because I was told my old router had incompatible issues with TWC. This one had same issues but once TWC ran a new line all issues resolved. Do get a better signal than before but that's what you get when you pay more

If you need a router for gaming, or distanes, this is a must. Even though it is not the best on the market it is great if you are on a budget and need something quick. Never had any issues, easy set up and I get the most reliable connection compared to other brands.

This router is exactly what I needed. It was recommended to me by the Best Buy employee based upon my needs and I have not been disappointed. The setup was quickly and easy and it has worked quite well. The price was right and I would definitely by Linksys product again.

I loved my Belkin that I had before this however the storm fried it so I had to buy another. I went and got another Belkin however, it would not work with my network provider. Not sure as to why. So far I have not had any problems with it.

I was looking for a router for a friend at work. The person would use thin to connect multiple devices at home. The current router he had was not providing enough bandwidth to support his providers. I research and found this one. He is happy with this purchase

i sent this to my grandson who is a big Harry Potter fan. He loved it and cannot wait for Halloween to wear it. Last year I sent him Harry's broom so he is fixed. (He also wants to just play dress up)

I would buy a router like this instead of using a router that a internet provider would give you. Works for normal size apartments. The range is limited but you can use the app for the router to prioritize different devices

Still hard to get and maintain a signal on the TV unless you have the router right there in close proximity f the TV. It will not work well if you put it in a stereo cabinet below the TV, or if you don't have the antenna's sticking straight up.

Although it offered dual band, if your current technology is not up to date it will not be compatible....disappointed due to the fact I was not told that prior to purchase. I did get associate help but she did not share that fact

Hi, Spkf
The EA6350 is supporting 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi standards. As long as your devices support these standards, they should work with the router. Please email us your contact information at [email protected] so we can check their compatibility. Also, our Escalation Engineers would be more than happy to assist you further.

Did my research and purchased this to replace an old, failing router. Works so well I recommended this model to my father. Holds up to heavy use, has not had a single connectivity issue. Also...love the customization possibilities and the features of SmartWifi.

The signal is not quite as good as the comparable Netgear when it's just one of them, but the Linksys/Cisco is able to be put in Access Point mode and have several of them connected to the same network, where Netgear routers cannot.

If you live in a smaller home or an apartment. This device is perfect. If your internet is decent, you can stream, play online and others can still watch Netflix Without compromising you signal strength too much

Hi, Tricia,
Your Linksys EA6350 router is expected to work perfectly with any of your wireless devices. Were you able to detect the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks using your tablet? Have you tried adjusting the wireless channels for both frequency bands? We would appreciate if you will share with us more details about this matter for further isolation.
Please send us an email at [email protected] along with your contact information, the review title and the link to this post for reference.
We would be more than happy to sort this out for you.

Directions are straightforward - easy to setup. I like the remote management portal. Using in an old farmhouse. Signal penetration isn't great, but that would be true for any router in a house with 24"-30" stone walls.
