Even though there are no wall that is coming between your iPad and the router, it could still be possible that there are signal interferences caused by channel conflict or congestion. We recommend that you set a specific wireless channel to the router (either channel 1, 6, or 11) to avoid interferences. You can do this by accessing the Linksys Smart Wi-Fi locally, go to wireless, and change the channel width to 20 MHz, and the channel to either 1, 6, or 11. This should improve your router’s signal. Good basic home router
