Posted .Hi Zoom. Thank you for giving our product a review. You may change the wireless channel frequency of the router, so it may broadcast a stronger signal. You may test channels 1, 3, 6, 9, and 11 for the 2.4 GHz network. For the 5 GHz, test channels 157 and 161. Use a computer > open an internet browser > Type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar > Type in your log-in credentials > Click on the Wireless option, so you may configure the wireless channel. Aside from keeping the firmware up-to-date, we recommend assigning fixed channels to both frequency bands to achieve a stable Wi-Fi connection. Try channels 1, 6, 9 and 11 for the 2.4 GHz network, and channels 36, 40, 44 and 48 for the 5 GHz. Update us how it goes at [email protected] with your contact details and the link to this post.
