Posted .Hi Zoom. Thank you for giving our product a review. You may change the wireless channel frequency of the router, so it may broadcast a stronger signal. You may test channels 1, 3, 6, 9, and 11 for the 2.4 GHz network. For the 5 GHz, test channels 157 and 161. Use a computer > open an internet browser > Type 192.168.1.1 in the address bar > Type in your log-in credentials > Click on the Wireless option, so you may configure the wireless channel. However, it was difficult to configure for more advanced features such as port-forwarding. The old Linksys interface and firmware was easier to configure. Linksys Tech support was of no value. They kept repeating the same instructions due to difficulty in communicating in English and wouldn't elevate the call. I had to remove the unit and replace it with a different model.
