Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Linksys EA6350 router. The slow Internet connection could be due to a number of things. Do you experience the speed drops from both wired and wireless connections? Relocate the router to minimize physical obstruction and try adjusting the router's wireless channel to avoid wireless interference. You can tweak the channels and choose the one that will best suit your network environment.

Two of our laptops disconnect regularly

Signal might have been low and slow but never just disconnected. Now it drops connection 2-3 times in a hour work session. Sometimes we actually have to manually reconnect, sometimes not. Bestbuy rep said this was much better than the Netgear I had before... not so sure.

Excellent for multiple devices
