I bought this 6 months ago, and now it will not work at all. Spent hours on line with the Arris customer service-the modem is fine, with time Warner Cable, internet works. TWO weeks trying to reach someone in customer service for Linksys! Don't even bother to call their "customer service" number> I tried all times day and night-never answered, and no voicemail. Disgusted. Finally reached on line CS, the man was very pleasant and worked hard to solve the problem. Afterwards not only did I not have wireless, I had no internet connection at all! ONE more time TW Cable reset the modem, and found with the Linksys involved there was only one sight that opened up,,,and then nothing at all. I think a 6 month time frame before it died should mean this is defective! I would like a refund-have NO desire to deal with Linkyis again.
