Allow us to check the unit and to tweak the router's settings to improve its wireless performance. Getting a weak wireless connection can be caused by distance, wireless interferences, and physical obstructions. We suggest that you set a fixed channel for your wireless networks. You may have it on channel 1,6, or 11 for the 2.4 GHz network and channel 36, 40, 44 and 48 for the 5 GHz network. For further assistance, send us an email at [email protected]. This one, I have to say has been a real disappointment. There are instances of disconnects, and the configuration page for these is a bit quirky.
