Linksys customer service was great. After doing some diagnostics, they arranged for a quick replacement. The new one seems fine (fingers crossed).

We tried the speed directly with the modem and it was more than double.they suggested me to change this product for another.

Download the firmware in this link: http://www.linksys.com/us/support-article?articleNum=148481. Once the file is saved on your computer, proceed with the update process by following the steps in this link: http://www.linksys.com/us/support-article?articleNum=140365. Reset and reconfigure the router then test the speed again.
