• Make sure that you have a stable connection to your modem.
• Position the router away from windows, thick walls, and move it to the floor where you're most likely to use Wi-Fi.
• Adjust the router’s wireless channel to avoid possible interference in your network. Use the Wi-Fi analyzer app. It helps you to find a less crowded channel for your wireless router.
• Update or re-flash the firmware.

Thank you for your feedback. The speed will usually vary depending on the network environment and with the device's adapter. We can try a few adjustments that can possibly improve the connection.
Are you referring to the local or internet speed? Do you experience this through all of your wired and wireless devices? If this is only happening through the wireless connection, adjust the wireless channel. You can change the MTU size of the router if this is also happening with the wired connection.
