I kept getting dropped within 10 feet of the device. After several resets I took it back and exchanged it for a different brand. Best Buy was stand up about it and did everything to make it right.

Not vary impressed with linksys now that it's Belkin owned. This router had weak range 3x higher ping and random 5ghz drops.the only linksys Id recommend is the Wrt1900acs with ddwrt software.

Seemed like a good router but when I did port forwarding for my xbox, all my wireless stopped working. I tried factory resetting to ensure I did nothing wrong and again it happened. Returned.

Bought this Wi-fi router with instructions stating how easy it is, it isn't. It made my computer malfunction and in order to use it, I'd have to take it in and PAY someone else to do it.

I am very happy with the linksys, as it has solved all the problems I was having with my previous router. Its distance from the router can possibly cause an interference but setting a static wireless channel usually helps. Bought this due to my Xfinity modem/router flaking on me. This was extremely easy to set up and compatible with my Xfinity internet. We run Vonage, 4 phones, 3 laptops, tablet, PS4 and PC off of it. I did a stress test by running everything including downloading on the PS4, running netflix on three machines, gaming and youtube videos. No lags found.
