My old WRT54G died. Did not realize I had purchased it in 2009. Called Linksys to ensure I got the right router. I work IT but been a minute since I researched routers. They suggested this one for a replacement since I had so many devices to connect and advised it was on sale. SO HAPPY with this router so far. A lot easier to connect than the previous one. Noticing faster speed uploading and downloading or simply surfing the web. So far I am thoroughly pleased.

I purchased this router for my apartment and I'm thrilled with it. The speed is great, I have no problems with dropped connections, and it can handle the number of devices I have running on it.

It is amazing how much the technology has improved over the years. My last router was having connectivity issues so I decided to upgrade. This was worth it. The router is hooked up in a bedroom on one end of my concrete block townhouse and I still have a strong signal on the bottom floor at the opposite end. The smart app is very convenient and provides a clean interface that most people should be able to understand.

This router is very simple to set up. Installation took mere seconds and the settings are super easy to navigate. I love that you can change the network name and password (our previous router didn't have that option). Having a guest network available is also cool, but we aren't personally using it. Overall, it is a great improvement in quality and range from what we had so we are super happy with it.

I purchased this device to replace my WRT120N which has served me quite well since 2011. I now live in a very connected house where there are a minimum of 13-16 devices connected (5 computers, Direct TV On Demand, 5 phones, wireless printer, and intermittent Nintendo 3DS's). 2 computers and Direct TV are using the Gigabit ports, everything else is wireless.
The old WRT120N worked well when it was 2-4 devices, but since I've moved to this location it would freeze every morning after 24 hours of use. After looking online and finding what may work, I came across the EA6350/AC1200+. It was in my price range and it appears to meet my demands.
I imagine, ideally, I should have purchased the WRT1900ac, but it's near double in price???
So far, the wireless and wired throughput is great. The device itself is sitting flat in a computer desk open to the air not far from an air conditioner. The bottom of it (when I lift it and put the device in the palm of my hand) is very hot.
Is this normal operation? Or am I going to have to repeat of the WRT120N?

This router is great... really does all it promises. I needed it to boost the range as my previous router was leaving some rooms in my place without signal. Now i have full signal on all rooms. It is really simple to setup, and with the help of an smart phone app, its all done, configured and manged in a few clicks. Just awsome.

Many of the newer routers seems very overpriced. However, this one works great and is reasonably priced. I don't do any on-line gaming or streaming - so this is the perfect router for me. Handles my entire house and backyard with at least three pieces of equipment running at any time! Recommended!!

The salesperson recommended this router after I asked how to avoid buffering on my smart TV. Setup was the easiest I have ever experienced and coverage reaches from one end of my 60' house to the other. I can watch a video on both ipads and the smart TV while surfing the net on the computer without issues.

I had the Belkin equivalent to this one and it constantly reset for no reason. I traded it for this one about a week ago and it has been SOLID. Great range throughout the whole house, built in easy to use software for parental controls, easy setup. Nobody complains about the Internet coverage anymore and the silence is golden.

I am not the most tec savy person ever, but this router was simple to set up. To set it up, you need to connect your ethernet cable to the router, then go online on a computer and follow a step by step set-up guide. Range and speed all seem to be good. I think its a great product for the price.

This is our second Linksys router in ten years. Old one just wasn't working very good with my new Dell computer. New Linksys EA6350 Gigabit AC1200 working great and seems faster. Wish that we would have upgraded two years ago. Very easy to set up and get running. No problems. Great job Linksys.

The Linksys EA-6350 - AC1200 router is one of the best routers I have ever used. Easy linksys setup that if you know how to setup ancient linksys routers, this one is no different. What is new is the app that comes with it. Before the app that you could download for your linksys router only gave you limited access to the router and you could not change anything about it. Now with the new app you can set up parental controls from your phone so no longer giving it away you are about to shut off your kids life for the next 6 hours. Also you have full access to your wifi and administrative passwords, only downside. I would recommend you changing your login IP address login name and password from default, known to be cracked in under 2 minutes. I would also recommend a password vault to keep them to hard to remember but you can use your thumb to access.

Purchased this router to upgrade my parents dated system of an old Netgear 54G router. We have always had good luck with Linksys so it was a no brainer. Its been hooked up for a couple months now with no issues. Easy to setup and great range. Great product!
