I was having difficulties maintaining connections within my home to various phones, iPads and televisions. Installation was very simple for me to do and results have been perfect. Thanks Best Buy!

Have not had any problems since installing. Really glad to not be renting equipment from Comcast. Great tip from the Best Buy associate, take your new modem with you when you return your Comcast modem. They will activate it so it is truly plug and play, no phone calls to Comcast required!
