We hope that you would give us the chance to assist you. We need to further isolate the situation for us to know the real cause. Make sure that you are getting a faster speed behind the modem. By the way, does it occur on wired or wireless connection? Or both?

The 5GHz works fine, but the 2.4GHz continually will not route to the Internet. It doesn't actually lose wireless signal, the traffic just won't flow. A quick search online shows that many people have this problem with this particular model. Keep in mind that Linksys is no longer Cisco, it is now Belkin. The ONE firmware update available does not fix the issue. I uncharacteristically bought this without research and I fully regret it.
