We'd like to offer our assistance in improving the router's performance. There are a lot of factors that may cause getting low wireless signal from the Linksys router. These are:
• MTU Size
• Frequency interference from other wireless devices
• Low signal quality received from your wireless router
• Router’s firmware needs an upgrade
To avoid these, you may adjust the wireless settings of the router. Also, make sure that the router is on a higher location or less interference area.

I picked out this newly updated, much more expensive model that the online community said was awesome. It has a much smaller coverage footprint than the old one! Very disappointed. Next time...Asus!

Access the setup page and test channels 1, 3, 6, 9, and 11 for the 2.4 GHz network. For the 5 GHz network, you may test channels 157 and 161.
