We appreciate your feedback on our product. The challenges you’re having with the wireless connection might be caused by distance or location, home electronic devices, neighboring Wi-Fi Etc. Selecting a static wireless channel may help improve its performance.

Has had issues since purchasing it, even in a small home with a small amount of devices. Would not recommend, purchase the AC1750 Linksys instead.

If the slow internet speed happens for both wired and wireless (both wireless network bands, 2.4-GHz and 5.0-GHz), then you may try checking the connection behind your modem while bypassing the router and see if you will get the same speed. A power cycle may also help. Update us then on how it goes via email at [email protected] with your contact info and the link of this review so we can use it as our reference.

Okay for a starter router
