This wireless router is great. It's honestly more powerful than necessary for a small family household. The installation was fairly simple. I regularly have friends over and even with their phones, tablets, laptops, etc. connecting, none of my primary tech has any hitches in connection or streaming. As for long term reliability, if I can remember, I'll update my experience in 9 and 18 months.

The wireless router was simple to setup and I'm receiving the speed as advertised.

This is a much bigger router than I had from Linksys, not loving the larger size. While is states that it is much more powerful with max-stream, we aren't finding it any better than what we already had. Actually, my husband's computer keeps getting kicked out/off. My computer and my son's Xbox seem to be fine. I don't have a 4K TV but it states that it is ideal for that. Setup was not the easiest I've ever done and there is no documentation in the package. You will need to access it online or print from CD. I will probably hook up the old router to see if there are actually any noted differences.

I have a DIFFERENT Linksys Router (the EA7500 [I think]) Router. It is an excellent Router and has served me Very Well. It was easy to set up and then it was pretty much "fire it up .. and forget about it" as it ran flawlessly.

Router working perfectly, no glitches. Strong signal, no slow downs.

I wasn't sure if I would utilize the technology included with this router. It turns out that I only have 1 device at home that is MU-MIMO capable. I did want to purchase a router that would be ready for future technology so I went ahead and pulled the trigger. This was not the fastest router available from Linksys but some of the faster ones had poor reviews. This router DID resolve the problem that I was having. My son is a gamer and his PS4 and my video streaming were conflicting with each other. The router allows you to prioritize your devices and after doing that his gaming never lags and my streaming videos is flawless. I am very happy with the purchase. The only problem now is that I added 3 Amazon Echo devices and two tablets at Christmas and I think the overall LAN traffic performance has degraded substantially. I think maybe it is because the ECHO's are always connected and "listening". I wonder if purchasing a more expensive router would make a difference in handling the traffic? Overall though I would give this router 5 stars as I think the traffic problem is my own. I seem to have maybe 15 TV's, computers, Blu-ray players, tablets, Gaming devices, tablets, phones all connected and I think it tends to overwhelm the router. Doesn't make it unusable just noticabely slower.

Replaced my outdated router with this model after lightening strike took out my old model. Cable tech told me about the MU-MIMO technology so I was looking for that in replacement. Found this model, below my budgeted amount, and am very pleased with performance. We surf and stream; not big gamers...great for our multi-user/multi-device per user household.

Super easy setup on my PC. Replaced my old N600. Works great!

I love this router. It was a breeze to set up, I get great wireless speed and best of all, it is a Linksys device. I have mine attached to four gig switches, which has five NAS drives, along with four laptops and six computers, three iPhones, four iPods, and 2 iPads. All connect with no problem and like I said, set up was a breeze.

This is our 3rd router in as many months. Just replaced a new Belkin router with this Linksys. So far, I love it. We live in a very rural area so connection is slow most of the time but this new Linksys had helped with faster, smoother streaming. I had to ask myself why I ever tried anything else knowing linksys is one of the best?!?

Between my directv, smart tv, cell phones, tablets I have struggled with poor wifi speed or having enough bandwidth. I have ATT Uverse DSL and the best I can get in my area is 3.0mg. Since purchasing this wifi router I have had almost no issues even with multiple family members online at the same time. VERY PLEASED ! easy set up as well.

This is a WiFi router, It has a high speed CPU and MU-MIMO support so it can pass higher bandwidth traffic from your high speed ISP modem to your network. Out of the box this unit performs the WiFi link well. However in an attempt to make the router user interface more friendly to the average person they have lost the ability to easily make complex routing decisions. I would not recommend this for anything but a home WiFi extension box, I would totally avoid using it as the router section whenever possible..

I have been a long-time Linksys router user, and have been very pleased with the performance and value. I purchased the AC1900 to replace an E3200 to get better coverage in our house. Besides providing better performance, I very much like some of the new features including the network map and additional diagnostics. The free phone app is a great tool for checking and changing settings as well.

I have owned several routers by Linksys this one really surprised me by the setup software. I am an advanced user but even a novice user can do port forwarding and setup. Network management is fairly easily, software and mapping are very intuitive. Giving you the protection from web attacks that we need these days.

First, this is my second Linksys router. It's a replacement of my last one that was AT LEAST 10 years old. Obviously, things are gotten much faster since then. Pros: Pretty easy set-up and super fast wi-fi. Cons: It's a premium piece of equipment, so it might be too expensive for some people's needs. I work from home and need fast wi-fi for international video conferencing, which I do almost daily. I also play games on my PS4 which is hardwired into this router. We have two TVs that are sometimes streaming Netflix, HBO Now, or Vudu at the same time. So far, everything is fast and smooth, as I expect a Linksys product to be. NOTE: I can't compare my overall internet speed from my previous router because I also upgraded my cable modem at the same time and I lot of my internet speed increases can be directly attributed to the modem itself. But, the in-house routing and wi-fi is fantastic and that's what this review is supposed to be about anyway. :) Buy with confidence. It's an excellent piece of equipment and will probably last you a long time.
