This is a great router! I thought it was my internet speed that was causing problems with my wifi at home. We have added so many devices in our home it was overloading our old router. This router has a much larger capacity and even has a separate login for guests. This keeps the main devices in our home the primary access to the internet the way it should be. Highly recommended!!!

This is a blazing fast router, but every week or two it needs to be restarted in order for the wifi to keep working.

I noticed a huge jump in Internet performance after installing this router in place of an N600. Just checking fast.com, the internet speeds over doubled. However, it's not perfect. If multiple people are streaming Netflix or if I'm gaming while someone else is watching Netflix, it'll often be a little unreliable for the other person (my things are prioritized on the wifi). So if you have multiple people doing streaming, I'd recommend upgrading to a ac2600 or higher.

Does what it should. Easy install. No issues as of yet.

We've had internet problems with our phone line. The technician said we should get a router to see if it would help. Best Buy pushed right away for the top of the line Google system. I was looking for a mid-range price and this looked great. We ended switching to cable with kept the router and we don't much have problems since. I wished it would explain better the difference between 5G and 2G. The technician explained it for us.

Links is a great Router, extended my Wifi thru my whole house. My daughter could get Wifi in her room before, now she has full bars. Its also nice to have Guest access for friends that come over. We also set my daughters Ipad were it would cut internet off at night so we don't have to worry if she is up late on internet instead of sleeping. Great investment.

I've owned Lynksys equipment in the past. We needed a new one at mom's and I had her buy this one, which is perfect! Installation was easy for both in house & on the computer. We now have awesome running Wi-Fi thru the entire house & in the garage (not connected to the house) with great strength & download speeds!!

Very cool Wi-Fi, as I can run multiple items using this Wi-Fi. I use the 5 MHz to run my wireless TVs and the 2.5 MHz. I use it for my cell phone and other items. I think it's the coolest Wi-Fi I ever owned, to give me those choices is unbelievable. And set up was pretty simple, I would recommend this Wi-Fi if you use multiple items in your home.

I generally upgrade my router every few years. I have the Linksys E4200 now which has been pretty good, but was hoping for a speed boost with MIMO, 802ac (I have 802n now), and longer range. I like Linksys in general so I was drawn to this model which has decent specs/reviews. Here's what I discovered after using this for a week. Pros: Easy to setup - the user interface is nice to look at but a little cumbersome to navigate. The network map is great - shows all the devices, what band they are on, and signal strength (it did frequently misclassify devices though). The direct LAN was very fast, and when close enough to the router I was getting 802ac on 5GHz at a decent speed. Cons: At first, many of our devices experienced periodic disconnects. I made some tweaks and they disappeared except for one Lenovo laptop - it would keep disconnecting every 5-10 min for no reason. Swapping in the old router instantly fixed this issue. Overall, I didn't see any real-world speed improvement (and I typically get 100+Mbps download), nor did I see any range improvement, even with the 3 antennae, beam-forming, etc. I reluctantly returned this model and went back to my old router. Things have been working fine. I did purchase a powerline network adapter to fix my range issue, and that has worked incredibly well.
